My background

My life has been defined by the wild for as long as I can remember. Growing up on safari in South Africa’s Kruger National Park, I didn’t just watch the bush, I lived it. My obsession with the wild (and Land Rovers) started the very moment I was tall enough to reach the pedals of our family’s game viewer.

Eventually, the time came to trade the savannah for the rolling greenery of the UK. My wife and I settled in the scenic Cotswolds back in 2022, where I’ve found a different kind of peace in the countryside.

There is a charm about the African wilds that grips the heart and will not let go. It is a charm that knows no season…
