My background

I was 7 years old when I went on my first safari in my home country, South Africa; I was 9 years old when I played on the tall Namibian sand dunes; and 10 when I decided that I wanted to do ‘something to help animals’ when I grow up. Fast forward a few decades and here I am, planning bucket list adventures into Africa for clients.

The message is simple. Love and conserve our wildlife.

Each journey I plan excites me because I know first-hand what my clients will experience. Whether it’s awed silence while looking down onto the animals on the plains from a hot air balloon, gliding through the pristine Okavango Delta waterways, or witnessing a thrilling predator chase or river crossing, I know that each experience brings my clients closer to the truth about safaris in Africa.

The truth? You leave Africa changed. Sharing the magic of the wilderness and its incredible diversity of wildlife, and spending time with the local people remains indelibly etched in your heart, willing you to return again and again and again.

My favourite wildlife destination is always the one I am currently in. Each wildlife area in Africa brings with it something special and unique, and each season you visit in offers up a new present to unwrap.
