Nelson Mandela famously said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. Every year, Chitabe gives each of their employees a donation to be used for annual school fees, uniforms, books and school supplies for a child – either one of their own, or a niece, nephew, or grandchild. This annual donation reinforces our commitment to our employees that we all have a responsibility to help educate Botswana’s future generations.
With everything that is going on in the world at the moment, and community being such a priority in everyone’s thoughts, we would like to invite you to be a part of this donation, and make a difference to an African child’s life. Anyone who has been to Chitabe will attest to the magnificent art pieces in each of the rooms – all of which are Dave Hamman originals. And now you have the chance to own one of them yourself, and keep the dream of Africa alive.
Proceeds from the sale of this Chitabe art will go towards funding this vital programme, so that our children can continue to be educated.
A canvas panoramic print the size of the pictures in the Chitabe rooms (180 x 80 cm) costs USD280 plus shipping, while a smaller standard image (80 x 120 cm) sells for USD185 plus shipping. Alternative sizes available on request and will be quoted via email.
